Dr. Dinesh Singh is a who currently serves as an Assistant professor at the
National Forensic Sciences University Tripura Campus. He has contributed
significantly to the field of geospatial intelligence engineering, especially in the areas of GPS Forensic, Cyber Security and Digital forensic, Malware analysis, Dark web, Multimedia forensic, 3D and 4D modeling, Global Positioning System/IRNSS, microwave delay, AI/ML model development and data science visualization, Geospatial cyber crime data analytics and web development, Python and shell scripting for cyber forensic.
Dr. Singh obtained his
Bachelor's degree in Physics (Honors) from the University of Gauhati. He then
pursued his Master's degree in Electronics from Gauhati University,
specializing in DSP. He completed his Ph.D. in Geomatics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR).
After completing his
Ph.D., Dr. Singh, he joined the faculty of the Geomatics specialization and served at various universities across India.
Dr. Singh's research
interests primarily lie in the field of Geomatics engineering. He has made
significant contributions to the understanding of the behavior of GPS signal
delay. He has also developed analytical and numerical models to
predict the response of troposphere subjected to L band signal excitation. His
research has been published in several international journals and reviewed
article for many reputed journal such as IEEE Transaction on Geoscience and
Remote Sensing. In addition,
imparted consultancy for state government and leading private company in the
field of geospatial technology and geospatial intelligence.
