Dr. Lokesh Chouhan is Dean Academics and an Associate Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Goa Campus under the Home Ministry. He has experience of serving at various National Importance Institutions in India, e.g., IIIT Surat, NIT Hamirpur, MANIT Bhopal, and ABV-IIITM Gwalior. With extensive teaching experience at prestigious institutions, he has made significant contributions to the field. Previously, Dr. Chouhan held the positions of Dean (Academics) and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Surat.

Prior to his tenure at IIIT Surat, Dr. Chouhan served as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Department at Maulana National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur (H.P.), and also at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal (M.P.), India.

Dr. Chouhan holds a Ph.D. in the area of cognitive radio from the Department of Information and Communication Technology at the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India. His research interests span a range of topics, including Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and Forensics, Internet of Things, Smart City, and Applications of Android. He has both teaching and industrial experience, and his work has been published in numerous national and international journals and conferences. Additionally, he has obtained several Indian patents in the field of IoT.

With a strong academic background, Dr. Chouhan has completed his Ph.D. in the area of cognitive radio at IIIT, Gwalior, India. His research focuses on Network Security, Internet of Things, and Blockchain. He possesses substantial experience in both teaching and industry. In addition to his time at IIIT Surat, he has also worked at NIT Hamirpur and MANIT Bhopal. Dr. Chouhan has authored over 60 research papers in various national and international journals and conferences and has contributed to several book chapters. He holds two published patents and has supervised numerous Ph.D. and postgraduate students, currently leading a research group of nine scholars.

Furthermore, Dr. Chouhan actively participates in the technical program committees of renowned conferences affiliated with IEEE, ACM, Springer, and Scopus. He also serves as a contributing reviewer for esteemed journals published by ACM, IEEE, Elsevier, IET, and Springer. Presently, Dr. Lokesh Chouhan is dedicatedly working at the National Forensic Sciences University.
