Dr. Sandeep Munjal is a distinguished researcher and educator specializing in nanomaterials, resistive switching devices, neuromorphic computing, and forensic applications. With a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, he has made significant contributions to material science, memory devices, and environmental sustainability.
Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Goa, Dr. Munjal has held key research positions, including Principal Investigator (National Post-Doctoral Fellow, DST-SERB) at the University of Delhi and Senior Project Scientist at IIT Delhi. His research focuses on developing next-generation memory devices, advanced materials for water remediation, and gas sensors for air quality monitoring.
With 45+ publications in high-impact journals, a granted patent, and multiple national and international awards, Dr. Munjal’s work has been widely recognized. His research on resistive switching was featured in Nature’s Top 100 in Physics (2017), and he has been honored as an India Top Cited Researcher by IOP Publishing (UK).
