Dr. Bhartrihari
Pandiya is currently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Management
Studies, National Forensics Sciences University, Gandhinagar Campus, Gujarat.
Previously, he has served as Assistant Professor at Presidency College, Bangalore and GLA University, Mathura apart from being Guest Faculty at University at Lucknow for few months. He has a total of 8 years of teaching and
research experience. He has earned his doctoral degree from Indian Institute of
Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-A) in the area of Employer Branding and
completed his MBA from NIT Silchar. He is UGC NET qualified and successfully
completed Faculty Development Programme from the prestigious Indian Institute
of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A). He has published his research work in ABDC/ Web of Science and SCOPUS journals apart from presenting his research in reputed conferences
like IEEE IEEM Singapore, Pan IIM and Pan IIT etc. His teaching and research
areas include Human Resource Management, Organizational behaviour, Behavioral Finance, Crowdshipping etc.
