Dr. Sanjay Kumar is an Assistant Professor in School of Engineering and Technology. He holds PhD (with Outstanding Innovation Award) from Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. Dr. Kumar's academic & research backgrounds are built on Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Cognitive Science (NBIC) during his B.Tech-M.Tech at Centre for Converging Technologies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. In his PhD tenure; Dr. Kumar worked on interdisciplinary research projects and contributed to the field of Food Nano-Biotechnology. He has worked as an Assistant Professor at D Y Patil International University, Pune; before joining the NFSU. Also, Dr. Kumar has served at GSBTM, Government of Gujarat for six months as Research Associate. Dr. Kumar's Research Interests are; Processed food and Forensic food analysis using Nano-Biotechnological approaches.
