Dr. Neha Singh is an academician with around 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Management from Sinhgad Institute, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University.
She qualified UGC-NET-JRF in 2015 and subsequently pursued her Ph.D. as a full-time Research Scholar at B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies, Gujarat University, with a focus on Management. Her academic and research interests primarily include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, and contemporary issues in Human Resource Management. She has written more than 10 research papers and multiple book chapters aligning her research with her core areas of interest.
Dr. Neha Singh is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Delhi Campus, an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. At NFSU, she teaches General Management and allied management subjects to BBA and MBA students and is actively involved in curriculum development, student engagement, academic coordination, and experiential learning initiatives.
