Dr.
Arati Sharma (PhD) is an Assistant Professor at the department of Forensic
Science at National Forensic Science University, Guwahati Campus. She received
her PhD from the department of physics, Tezpur University with a specialization
of Material Sciences and Biophysics.
She
has over 10 years of experience in the field of Research Work, Administration
and Forensic Examination. She has worked as an Associate Scientist in North
East Centre for Biological Sciences and Health Care Engineering (NECBH) at
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITg) for 3 years before joining
Directorate of Forensic Science Assam as a Junior Scientific Officer (JSO).
Her
area of interest are Conducting Polymer Functionalization, Biophysics,
Ballistics, Finger Print and Questioned Document.
