About

A dedicated and passionate academician aspiring to contribute to the field of Chemistry. I aim to leverage my expertise in the areas of chemistry to inspire students. Interested in exploring the expertise in research areas of gels and surfactants within interdisciplinary contexts.

Research Interests

❖ Design and synthesis of sustainable molecular gels with tunable physical properties and their applications.

❖ Design of novel amphiphiles and investigation of their surface and self-assembly behavior.

❖ Formulations of oleogels and oleogel emulsions and their food applications.
