Dr. Krishna Kumar Mishra is an Associate Professor (Clinical Psychology) at National Forensic Sciences University. With over 17 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Mishra is one of the senior faculty members of the university. He has been part of the university since October, 2016 and has completed post-doctoral project before joining the NFSU.
Dr. Mishra has so far published and presented more than 20 articles in reputed journals at National and International level. His research thrust areas mainly include psychosocial factors leading to crime, socio-developmental aspects of criminal behaviour and positive youth development. He has so far guided more than 50 M. Sc. dissertations and five students are pursuing Ph. D. under his supervision. Apart from research, Dr. Mishra has also trained officers from FSLs, Vigilance, and Academicians, Investigators, Security Practitioners, Researchers on various topics related to Forensic Psychological Investigative Methods. He has delivered more than dozen expert talks at various levels and also delivered training sessions as a subject expert.
Dr. Mishra is an active member of boards, committees and councils at various levels. He has also contributed as a member in various national and international conferences, seminars and events including the conferences held by NFSU. Dr. Mishra is also member of different journals as associate editor and ad-hoc reviewer.
