Dr Pooja Ahuja, currently working as Associate Professor, School of Forensic Science & Academics, National
Forensic Sciences University. She joined this institution in 2009. She holds
PhD Degree in Forensic Science, Master’s Degree in Forensics Science and
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Gujarat University
& qualified UGC-NET in Forensic Science in December 2008. She is an
innovative thinker with creative and analytical mind to explore deeply before
conceptualization of effective strategies.

During her tenure she has
published more than 30 research papers in journals of repute. She has been
involved in delivering lectures and training police officials from all over at
the world in the area of Forensic Physics, Crime Scene Management &
Ballistics.

She has actively involved in
Research and guide more than 75 students at P G level
•
She has been members of many
academic bodies and administrative bodies at university level and other
Universities. She is also member of editorial board of many journals. In last
decade she has contributed in academics through many book chapters.

She has been awarded with more
than 5 awards for academic excellence, young educators award etc. by
Nationalized bodies viz. Vedanta education, INC etc
•
She has participated and
presented many papers in conferences and workshops at National and
International level.

She is known for her love for
teaching, innovative thinker and managerial skills.
