Mr. Saha is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Forensic Sciences University, Tripura Campus, since February 2024. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Calcutta and a Master's degree in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Biology and Biotechnology from NFSU Tripura Campus. He has qualified the UGC-NET in Forensic Science and has nearly five years of teaching experience, including over two years in a formal academic capacity.
His core areas of expertise include DNA profiling, molecular biology, and forensic medicine. He has undergone specialized training at CBI CFSL Delhi, CFSL Guwahati, and SFSL Tripura in the fields of forensic biology, serology, and DNA analysis. He has also co-supervised 21 postgraduate dissertations and remains actively engaged in academic mentorship and research.
