Holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Marketing from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, Telangana, and an MBA in Healthcare & Hospital Management from the same univesity. Also holds a B.Sc. in Optometry from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani.
Holds an academic and research experience in the areas of Healthcare Marketing, Corporate Branding in Healthcare, Brand Equity, and Integrated Marketing Communication in Healthcare. My research interests focus on understanding marketing and branding practices in healthcare organizations and their implications for healthcare services and patient engagement.
My teaching interests encompass Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Operations, Health Economics, and related areas of healthcare administration.
