Dr. Kanica Chugh is an Assistant Professor at the School of Forensic Sciences, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with over 5 years of experience in the field. Her areas of specialization include Crime Scene Management, Fingerprint Analysis, and Questioned Documents, with expertise extending to Questioned Document Examination and Forensic Photography.

At NFSU, Dr. Chugh is actively engaged in teaching, research, and institutional outreach.

Her research portfolio includes seven papers published in international peer-reviewed journals and two book chapters contributed to forensic science literature. In recognition of her research contributions, she was conferred the Best Research Scholar Award at the International Forensic Science & Criminal Investigation Summit & Awards in 2022.
