Dr. Virendra N. Chavda is an Associate Professor at the School of Management Studies, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Delhi Campus. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies, an MBA in Marketing, a PGDHRM, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has also qualified for the UGC-JRF and NET examinations and completed advanced academic training at IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Kozhikode.
With over 18 years of teaching experience, his research focuses on celebrity endorsement, consumer behaviour, and technology’s role in marketing. He is the author of Fundamentals of Business Analytics and has published several papers on omni-channel retailing, blockchain adoption, online shopping behaviour, and mobile payment adoption.
