Dr. Niha Ansari has 12 years’ research
and academic experience in forensic science. She has expertise in Nanomaterial,
sensors and actuators, Microfluidics. She has more than 14 publications.
She has background of synthesis of nanoparticles, help in selecting the nanoparticles
as per target drug, Microfluidic device development which help in incorporate
nanomaterial, electrochemistry and sensing system. She
pioneers in the development of smartphone enabled nanomaterial based portable,
sensitive, selective and rapid on-site time since death determination from
vitreous humor. Currently,
working on development of lab of phone/lab on chip based nano devices and
microfluidic devices for forensic purpose as well as for diseases, explosives
& drug detection. She is Editorial Board members of various publishing
group. She had presented more than 15 research papers as well as attended various
nation and international conferences.
