About
Dr Shubham Pandey is an Assistant Professor at SLFJPS, NFSU, Gandhinagar. He shoulders the responsibility of program coordinator for LLB (Hons.) Three Year Program and is also the library-in charge for SLFJPS, Library.
He holds PhD and LLM from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (an Institution of National Eminence). At SLFJPS, he teaches Information Technology Law, Online Governance, Data Protection and Digital Privacy regulations at undergraduate and post-graduate levels. He also teaches International Law and International Criminal Law at the undergraduate level.
He regularly serves as a resource person in the training department of NFSU for New Criminal Laws, Information Technology Law and Data Governance Frameworks. He has conducted multiple sessions with Forensic Experts, Banking Officials, Probationers, Judicial Officers and LEAs of approx. 8 States and multiple countries. He has attended as a panelist in the Conferences on New Criminal Laws organised by the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, and Government of India Kolkata and Delhi.
His doctoral work on ‘Enhancing Justice Delivery in Indian Legal System: Addressing the Issue of Rising Arrears and Pendency through Emerging Technologies’ is the maiden empirical study on implementing AI in the Indian Judiciary. He has many published papers to his credit and presented several papers at national and international conferences.
