The "International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking" was observed by The Centre of Excellence for Research & Analysis of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (CoE-NDPS) on June 26, 2023. The theme for the event was "Together, we can tackle the global drug problem." The event aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and the importance of combating illicit drug trafficking. As a part of the event, quiz and slogan writing competitions have been organized. More than 50 students from various disciplines have participated in competitions. The competition brought together enthusiastic participants who demonstrated their knowledge on various aspects related to drug abuse and trafficking. Slogan writing competition was organized to encourage participants to think creatively, use concise language, and create slogans that resonate with the audience. Additionally, the participants, as well as all staff members of CoE-NDPS, pledged to take a stand against drug abuse and illicit drug trafficking.
