The Forensic experts who have always inhabited the shadows of crime are unsung heroes that shine a light on the darkest aspects of crime, and their contributions are invaluable to society. Dr. Surbhi Mathur, Associate Professor, School of Forensic Science, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), was invited to deliver a talk by the TEDx event organised by Silver Oak university on 9th September 2023, as an acknowledgement of her phenomenal work in discovering the truth behind various crimes. Her talk exemplified the unwavering dedication and commitment of the forensic experts, showcasing their life stories as a testament to their passion and hard work. The talk also reaffirmed the commendable endeavours of the National Forensic Sciences University, in strengthening forensic science in the country and the world, due to the exemplary vision of Padma Shri Dr. J.M. Vyas, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, NFSU.
