The Pro Bono Club and Legal Assistance Clinic of the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies at the National Forensic Sciences University in Gandhinagar, has initiated a national project called the 'National Young Pro Bono Associates Initiative.' This initiative aims to offer students an exceptional platform for socio-legal education and inspire them to establish their own Pro Bono clubs at their respective institutions. On October 21, 2023, the inaugural session was held at government schools in three villages: Indroda, Kudasan, and Vavol. The primary objective was to educate young minds and raise legal awareness in the community. The first class at the school provided a friendly platform for interaction and student engagement. Additionally, Pro Bono associates conducted door-to-door awareness campaigns on legal and social rights in the villages of Vavol, Kudasan, and Indroda. They addressed various issues and provided assistance to the local residents.
