National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Apollo Hospital on 31st October, 2023 to promote academics, research and training activities. NFSU and Apollo Hospital, Gandhinagar, have many areas of common interest and considerable advantage may be gained from their pursuit on a collaborative basis in the fields of academics, education and research. Prof. (Dr.) S.O. Junare, Campus Director, NFSU-Gandhinagar Campus welcomed the dignitaries and briefed on various activities of NFSU and its capabilities including academic, training, research & development, and consultancy. The MoU was signed by Dr. Piyasha Nath Sen, Joint Director Medical Services, Apollo Hospital and Prof.(Dr.) S.O. Junare, Campus Director, NFSU, Gandhinagar. The MoU shall facilitate professional academic collaboration, expert training and consultancy services in the areas related to behavioural science. The general objective of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to stimulate and facilitate the development of collaborative and mutually beneficial activities which serve to enhance the intellectual life and cultural development for both the Institutes. During the signing of MoU, Prof. (Dr.) S.O. Junare , Campus Director, NFSU- Gandhinagar; Dr. Asha Srivastava, Dean-School of Behavioural Forensics, Prof. (Dr.) Satish Kumar, Dean-School Forensic Sciences; Dr. Priyanka Kacker, Associate Dean-SBF;Dr. Harish Barot, Associate Dean and Center Head for Forensic Accounting; Dr. Smita Pandey, Associate Professor-SBF; , Dr. Bhoomika Patel, Associate Professor-SMLS; Ms. Shubham Thukral , Coordinator-Centre for Happiness and Well-Being and Ms.Priyanka Shah, HR Manager, Apollo Hospital were also present.
