School of Forensic Science, National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) organized the Expert Talk by Dr. Vivek Sahajpal, Assistant Director (DNA), FSL, Junga, Himachal Pradesh, on the subject of "Forensic DNA Profiling in Sexual Assault Cases" on 03rd November, 2023. Dr. Sahajpal talked about advancements in the field of forensic genetics, ground breaking research in DNA Forensics and discussed about practical approaches in the examination of Sexual Assault cases, Data interpretation and submission in court of law. Dr. Malay Shukla started the session with brief introduction and welcomed the expert. Dr. Neelkant Verma felicitated the expert with memento. Students and faculties of School of Forensic Science actively interacted and participated in the talk.
