The 2 days “India-UK Forensic Sciences and Cyber Security Conference” has started on 11th December, 2023 at National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar. This international conference has been jointly organized by the British Deputy High Commission, Ahmedabad and National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU)-Gandhinagar. The conference was inaugurated by Shri Harsh Sanghvi, Honorable Minister of State for Home, Gujarat as the Chief Guest. During the inauguration ceremony, Mrs. Christina Scott, British Deputy High Commissioner to India; Dr. J.M. Vyas, Vice Chancellor-NFSU; Mr. Stephen Hicking, British Deputy High Commissioner to Gujarat-Rajasthan and Prof. (Dr.) Naveen Kumar Chaudhary, Dean-SCSDF, NFSU were present on the stage. On the first day of the conference, Dr. S.S. Iyengar, Distinguished Professor-FIU, USA and Emeritus Professor, NFSU-India; Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Scientist 'E', Government of India; Ms Caroline Lovell-FCN-UK; Shri H.P. Sanghvi, Additional Director, DFS-Gujarat; Experts including Dr. Satish Kumar, Dean- SFS, NFSU presented their views. During the inauguration ceremony Prof. Subject experts including (Dr.) Naveen Kumar Choudhary, Dean-SCSDF, NFSU delivered the welcome speech and Dr.Digvijaysinh Rathod, Head of Center of Excellence in Cyber Security gave vote of thanks. More than 120 experts from all over the world are participating in this conference.
