The National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar, observed "Anti-Ragging Week" from 12th to 18th August 2025, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful academic environment. This initiative was part of the University's broader efforts to uphold the principles enshrined in the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions. Throughout the week, various Schools and Departments of the University organised a series of awareness-driven activities, including Girls' and Boys' Hostels. The culmination of the week-long observance was marked by a solemn "Anti-Ragging Pledge Ceremony", wherein members of NFSU's Anti-Ragging squad, students pledged to uphold the University's ethos of zero tolerance towards ragging. This symbolic act reinforced the University's dedication to maintaining a ragging-free campus and empowering students to act as responsible stakeholders in preserving a culture of dignity and mutual respect.
