The 22nd National and 2nd International Indian Association of Forensic Odontology Conference (IAFOCON-25) was held at the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) in Gandhinagar on 13th September, 2025. The inaugural function of the conference was graced by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tripura, Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha as the Chief Guest. Shri Manoj Agrawal, IPS, D.G.-CID (Crime and Railways); Dr. Sigrid Kvaal, University of Oslo-Norway; Dr. R V Solomon, President, IAFO; Padma Shri Awardee, Dr. J.M. Vyas, Vice-Chancellor of NFSU; Prof. (Dr.) S. O. Junare, the Campus Director, NFSU; Shri C.D. Jadeja, Executive Registrar, NFSU were present on the dais. Around 300 participants are participating in a 2-day conference from different parts of India and abroad as well. The Annual Report of IAFO was read by Dr. Jaysankar Pillai, Secretary. Prof. (Dr.) S.O. Junare, Campus Director, NFSU-Gandhinagar, gave the welcome address, and the vote of thanks was given by Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Babu. During the inauguration ceremony, participants, including students, were present.
