In a heartfelt homage to Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a commemorative event titled “Sardar @ 150 – One Nation. One Vision” was held on 31st October, 2025. The event was presided over by Padma Shri Awardee, Dr. J. M. Vyas, Vice Chancellor of NFSU and featured a series of engaging activities designed to reflect Sardar Patel’s enduring legacy and inspire collective commitment to his vision of a united and resilient India. Key highlights of the programme included a documentary screening on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s life and contributions, alongside the inauguration of a book exhibition celebrating his legacy. The event also featured a Unity March to reaffirm national solidarity. Adding a powerful visual dimension, the Wall of Unity showcased Patel’s milestones and quotes. Faculty members and staff also took the "Rashtriya Ekta Diwas" Pledge in Rajbhasha-Hindi, reaffirming their dedication to upholding the ideals of national integrity, unity in diversity, and unwavering commitment to the vision of a strong, united India envisioned by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
