National Defence College of Uganda had invited Director of NFSU (I) Uganda Campus, Air Commodore K.R. Thaakar to deliver a Talk on "Enhancing the State Capacity Through Forensic Science" on 3rd Feb'26. The 2-hour Talk to senior Army Officers, mostly Brig Gens, was well received.
