National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Gandhinagar organized the expert sessions by Dr. William Belcher (D-ABFA, RPA)-Associate Professor (Archaeology/Forensic Anthropology) with the Department of Anthropology, University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL)-USA and Dr. LuAnn Wandsnider - Professor of Anthropology and Associate Director of the School of Global Integrative Studies at the UNL–USA on 23/01/2023. Dr. Belcher delivered a talk on ‘The Identification of the Lost US Marine Raider Battalion from World War II’ whereas Dr. Wandsnider demonstrated ‘Open-source Analytic Tools for Researchers: JASP and R’. The UNL team had a meeting with Dr. J.M. Vyas, Vice Chancellor-NFSU and discussed the future prospects of their partnership with NFSU. During the meeting, Prof. (Dr.) Purvi Pokhariyal, Campus Director-NFSU, Gandhinagar was also present.
