Shri K.C. Reddy, veteran IPS officer and former Chief Security Advisor for the U.N. Peace Keeping Operations, delivered a series of Expert Talks from 27 to 29 March 2023 at the Gujarat Campus of National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU). The subjects included Intelligence, Border Security, Insurgency, Left Wing Extremism, Hostage Situation, etc. Shri Reddy initially interacted with Dr. J.M. Vyas, Vice Chancellor of NFSU. He was received by Air Commodore Kedar Thaakar, Dean, School of Police Science and Security Studies. Faculty and students of Homeland Security, Police Science, Criminology and Law attended the talks. In the closing ceremony, Shri C.D. Jadeja, Executive Registrar, felicitated Shri Reddy with the NFSU stole and Dr. Purvi Pokhriyal, Campus Director of Gujarat Campus, honoured him with a NFSU memento. The Expert Talks Series was organized by the School of Police Science and Security Studies.
