Keeping in line with the overall mission of the University, the Goa Campus strives to cultivate a holistic educational experience for students through focused learning and reasoning, critical thinking, creativity, and innovation along with nurturing a profound sense of self-discipline, professionalism, ethics, and dedication. We focus on creating competitive and socially responsible professionals who are skilled to address the acute shortage of specialized forensic experts and contribute towards the forensic capacity building of the nation.
Vision
The vision is to develop the NFSU Goa campus as a Centre of Excellence to foster better education, research and employment opportunities in the field of Forensic Science and allied Sciences to meet the shortage in the growing demand of skilled experts and availability of indigenous resources for tackling crime investigation, while creating a conducive ambience for intellectual stimulation and problem-solving for students along with promoting self-reliance and entrepreneurship for innovation, product development and technology transfer between national and international agencies.
